Led by Allen Hubbard, who has over 24 years of service with the Commonwealth, our department procures high quality goods and services at competitive prices in our ongoing efforts to be&nbsp;very conscious of our responsibility and accountability in the expenditure of public funds. We ensure a competitive bidding process in accordance with Federal and State laws, regulations, and applicable Municipal codes and ordinances.
