We encourage you to first notify Hospital Administration by calling the above numbers. Immediate reporting will allow us to investigate your concerns quickly and take corrective action as needed.

Reporting does not however, preclude you from notifying The Joint Commission. Reporting quality of car or safety issues to The Joint Commission is\u00a0non-retaliatory<\/u><\/strong>.

Providing your name and number is helpful should there be a need for additional information. If you desire not to identify yourself, please provide us with enough information regarding your concerns so we can complete a thorough investigation.
